Going viral isn’t always a good thing. But it is when it’s Nebraska football head coach Matt Rhule.

If you don’t get inspired listening or watching the speeches of Nebraska football head coach Matt Rhule, then I don’t know what to tell you.

Frankly, the man makes me want to run through a wall. I’m sure that Nebraska football players feel the same way and so far, their actions on the field have reflected that.

This Nebraska team is 5-3 this season and within one win of making a bowl game. It has won three games in a row and has displayed the kind of toughness we haven’t seen since the days of Bo Pelini.

Pelini was fiery in his own way, as Nebraska fans learned near the end of his tenure. But Rhule is 100 percent wholesome and his speech will make you want to hug your mom and dad, as much as it will make you want to beat a Big Ten opponent.

Check it out.

Rhule had another speech go viral, where he said, among other things, “If we die, we die.” Kevin Durant re-posted it on X (formerly Twitter) and said, “This is it.”

RG3, a former Heisman Trophy winner and college football announcer, re-posted the latest video from Rhule and said it gave him “chills.”

If it doesn’t give you chills, I’m not sure you’re human.

One thing I am sure of is the fact that the Nebraska football program has found its head coach. Matt Rhule is the solution and I can’t wait to watch him rebuild the Huskers into a college football power.
